Bread Stick Recipe

For my seasoned bread sticks, follow the pizza dough recipe from Bobs Red Mill, White Flour.


Combine ingredients, let dough rise and cut in half.


2 TBS EVO

2 TBS Parmesan Cheese

1 TBS Fine Herbs


Roll out dough in a large rectangle, sprinkle EVO, cheese and herbs. Cut into one inch strips, twist and bake in a preheated 450 degree oven for six to eight minutes.

Tomato Soup Recipe

This is perhaps the easiest soup recipe you will ever make.

24.oz Bionaturae Organic
Strained Tomatoes
32.oz Imagine Organic
Chicken Broth
1 TBS Fines Herb


Combine ingredients in a medium sized pot, heat and serve.

Fines Herb Field Blend

Chef Savant Fines Herb, Field Blend is a selection of fresh dried herbs for cooking. I use these on almost any dish.

It truly is a "field blend", the selection really depends on which herbs are ready to be harvested. I have planted sage, thyme, marjoram, savory, oregano, tarragon, chives and italian parsley. The herbs are harvested through out the summer and sun dried. Once dried and crushed they are mixed with salt and pepper. The mix can be used as a rub or as a seasoning on anything from fish to poultry. While not a classic Fines Herbs selection, the field blend makes any dish special.
