For my seasoned bread sticks, follow the pizza dough recipe from Bobs Red Mill, White Flour.
Combine ingredients, let dough rise and cut in half.
2 TBS EVO
2 TBS Parmesan Cheese
1 TBS Fine Herbs
Roll out dough in a large rectangle, sprinkle EVO, cheese and herbs. Cut into one inch strips, twist and bake in a preheated 450 degree oven for six to eight minutes.
